Our commitment to you — and the limits of our liability.
We are your independent oversight team, not your contractor. Here is exactly what you can hold us to, and where our responsibility ends.
Our commitment
- Independence first. We never accept commissions, kickbacks or referral fees from contractors or suppliers — our only loyalty is to you.
- Honest reporting. Every inspection report is based on what we actually see on site, with timestamped photos and video evidence — good news and bad.
- On-time visits. Scheduled inspections happen within the agreed window, or we tell you why before the date.
- Confidentiality. Your project details, budget and personal information are never shared outside our team without your written consent.
- Clear communication. Reports in plain English, responses to your messages within one business day, and a named contact for every project.
- Money-back assurance. If we miss a scheduled inspection without notice, that visit is refunded — no questions asked.
Our liability — and its limits
- We are an independent verification and oversight service. We do not build, supply materials, or hold your project funds.
- Your contract for the build itself is between you and your contractor. We monitor and report — we are not a party to that contract.
- Where a loss is caused by a proven failure of our inspection or reporting duties, our liability is limited to the fees you have paid us under the affected engagement.
- We do not guarantee contractor behaviour, structural outcomes, or third-party delays (council approvals, weather, supply chain). Our duty is diligent observation, accurate reporting and timely escalation.
- We carry professional indemnity cover appropriate to the engagements we accept. Full terms are set out in your service agreement before any work begins.
- Nothing on this page excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Zimbabwean law.
